David Kraljic - Chief Executive Officer

David is a veteran creative and strategic leader with 15 years of experience driving the development of digital marketing programs and digital product development. During his career, David has been a Creative Director at fortune 500 companies. As digital Creative Director at Group DCA, he was responsible for leading the pioneering company's user experience (UX). Later, as the Executive Director of UX and Product Development, he planned, launched and managed over 300 digital marketing programs for brands at the top 20 pharmaceutical, biotech and device manufacturing companies, and helped successfully commercialize three new digital products for the company. In addition to having won dozens of awards for his innovative work at Group DCA, he played a leadership role that helped grow the company from a small interactive boutique to a major interactive agency which was subsequently acquired.
 
David holds a BFA in graphic design from the Art Institute of Boston. He is also a graduate of the Founders Institute, a global start-up incubator program.

Richard Livolsi - Chief Technology Officer

Richard Livolsi is a 12 year veteran in the web development field. Throughout his career he's evolved as a full-stack engineer with a penchant for intense data-driven applications. His unique perspective to problem solving strikes a balance of structure and pragmatism that's proven invaluable to his employers and clients. Rich is an entrepreneurial spirit who currently holds a Senior Architect position for a young New Jersey startup.

 

Chris Hicks - Lead Engineer

Chris Hicks is an engineer with 13 years of experience. He brings to the team his passion to create unique and engaging web experiences. He's worked in many positions throughout his career from the banking industry to small interactive boutiques. He's currently a Front End Engineer at Gilt Groupe.

 

 

Erin L. Carson - Freelance Senior Policy Analyst

Erin Carson is a policy analyst based in the Washington, D.C. area with a focus on program evaluation and legislative and regulatory analysis. She currently provides policy analysis for the National Council on Teacher Quality (NCTQ) – a non-profit, nonpartisan research and policy group evaluating teacher policies at the federal, state and local level. She is also the senior policy advisor for Energy Solutions Forum (ESF) – an energy policy research firm that supports investment decisions across the energy industry.  Prior to her consulting work, Erin was a senior analyst at the U.S. Government Accountability Office – a nonpartisan investigative agency that reports to Congress – where she worked on a diverse portfolio of energy, defense, and international affairs audits. Erin holds a Masters in Public Policy and a Masters in International and Intercultural Communication from the University of Denver, where she was a Governor Lamm Scholar, and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Colorado.
