When I change the catagories or number of catagories the number and type of bills in my action plan does not change. Should I be doing something else.

I am hearing much about HR.3962 the 1990 page health care bill being presented in the House.  Although I have joined votetocracy I can find no reference to it on this cite and I believe it must be opposed.  Why can I not find it here?
