11/17/2011--Introduced.State Management of Recovered Wolves Act - Amends the Endangered Species Act of 1973 to require the Secretary of the Interior to permit any state in which wolves are listed as an endangered or threatened species to conduct lethal and non-lethal control of wolves to protect from wolf depredations if the population of wolves in such state exceeds the goal established by a species recovery plan.
