4/19/2012--Introduced.Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that if a resolution calling for endorsement of the proposed international code of conduct for information security (the proposed code would establish international legal justification for exclusive government control over Internet resources instead of the current multi-stakeholder model) or a resolution inconsistent with open, global Internet principles comes up for a vote in the U.N. General Assembly or other international organization, the U.S. Permanent Representative to the United Nations or the U.S. representative to such other international organization should oppose such a resolution.
