3/29/2012--Introduced.Authorizes the President to annually issue a proclamation: (1) designating March 29 as Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans Day, (2) honoring and recognizing the contributions of veterans who served in Vietnam during war and peace, (3) encouraging state and local governments to establish a Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans Day, and (4) encouraging the people of the United States to observe such Day with appropriate ceremonies and activities.
