12/19/2013--Introduced. Health Premium Parity Act - Amends the Internal Revenue Code to allow a deduction from gross income for the health insurance premiums of a taxpayer, the taxpayer's spouse and dependents, and any child of the taxpayer who has not attained age 27. Makes such deduction available to taxpayers who do not otherwise itemize their tax deductions.

Referred To The House Committee On Ways And Means.
