H.R.2258, the Veterans' Compensation Cost-of-Living Adjustment Act of 2014, is a bill to increase veterans cost of living or COLA beginning December 1, 2014.  S.2258 would increase compensation rates for veterans and families by adjusting the COLA at the rate of the Consumer Price Index (CPI).  The CPI is used to adjust Social Security benefits.
