S. 230 would authorize a Peace Corps memorial in Washington, D.C. – provided that the Peace Corps Commemorative Foundation raise the money and pay all expenses.   Any excess funds raised by the Peace Corps after the foundation of the memorial would go to the National Park Foundation.
