3/6/2013--Introduced. Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to prohibit judicial review of, or the hearing of any claim arising from, visa or document revocation. (Judicial review is currently permitted in a deportation proceeding if such revocation is the sole ground for deportation.) States that this Act shall: (1) take effect on the date of its enactment; (2) apply to all visas issued before, on, or after such date; and (3) apply to any claim pending on, or filed after, such date.
